Operation Biloxi 2026: RAF Typhoons on NATO enhanced Air Policing in Romania
RAF Typhoons from 3 (Fighter) Squadron deployed to Romania for a four-month UK commitment to NATO Air Policing. They are under 121 Expeditionary Air Wing and are part of NATO's Eastern Sentry mission. They take over from a German Eurofighter detachment and hold Quick Reaction Alert alongside the Romanian Air Force.
